This was sent by email and later faxed to the webhost, HostGator. The original request was honored within 24 hours but the owner failed to remove many other pages he had copies of and indicated that we had to catch every one ourselves. As a result, the website was DISABLED by the web hosting provider for an undermined period of time.

This is the second time this website owner has been identified and contacted for this activity; http://str82unetworks.com/dmca-letter-to-passthepolicefitnesstest.html. This site owner is a repeat offender who complied only with very specific requests previously and we ask that this website be disabled immediately.

I would also ask for a courtesy review of this domain owner's other websites hosted by HostGator.
